Drawing from her Trinidad & Tobago heritage and family cocoa farming roots, she sources high-quality, single-origin Trinitario cacao from ethical farms in the Western Hemisphere. Her bold bonbons showcase tropical flavours like passionfruit, tamarind, and rum, paying homage to her Caribbean culture and personal journey, inspired by her son’s allergies. Established in 2022, Charms Chocolates blends artisanal craftsmanship with allergen-free ingredients to create delicious treats such as seed, caramelized coconut clusters, and indulgent alcohol-infused chocolates.
